1. I understand that Ort Farms does not offer refunds for my tickets for any reason once they are purchased.
2. I understand that these purchased tickets are only valid for the 2024 season, on the specific date selected. I understand that I can edit my date using the "Update my Order" feature of this page.
3. I understand that, unless explicitly stated in the ticket description, no pumpkins, apples, vegetables or flowers are included in my tickets and may be purchased at the farm.
4. I understand that picking conditions may change throughout the day, and the availability of PYO produce will depend on weather and growing environment. For this reason, I understand that the apple orchard and/or pumpkin patch may be closed at any point due to limited availability.
5. I will check the Ort Farms website and Facebook page for updated picking conditions, or call the farm store to ensure picking availability before arriving at the farm.
6. I understand that any picked vegetables or apples will be sold ONLY in 1/4 or 1/2 peck bags, and any produce picked must be paid for. Nothing picked can be left behind, returned or not paid for.
